Parameters: | |
Blur Type | “Constant” simulates motion blur; “Soft” applies gentler streaking. One-Way modes create motion streaks plus image offset. |
Size | Controls blur strength (–4.0 to 4.0). Negative values flip direction. Values > 1.0 boost blur with slight quality loss. |
Variation (Size) | Animate blur power over time. Set to 0.0 to keep blur fixed and animate other parameters. |
Direction | Sets blur angle. 0.0 = horizontal, 1.0 = full circle. Up to 100.0 for rotational direction animation. |
Variation (Direction) | Apply directional jitter or animation. Set to 0.0 to isolate power variation only. |
Blend Mode | Choose how blurred layer blends: offset one channel, affect only highlights or shadows, or mix creatively. |
Opacity | Controls blending strength: 0.0 = original only, 1.0 = full blend. 1.0–2.0 mixes blur and blend. Range: –20.0 to 20.0. |
Variation (Opacity) | Jitter opacity for shake, flicker, and surreal transitions. Values beyond 2.0 can cause flash/negative effects. |
