Blurs
Gaussian
Gaussian Blur - Blur the image, reduce noise. Gaussian 2D - add more blur in one direction and less in others.

Gaussian Blend - Blur an image and blend with the original. The usual way to get soft dreamy looks, film looks.

Variable size - control the blur power within the frame with a  Radial Mask, or Linear Mask.
Linear
Linear Blur - blurs an image in one direction and create camera or object motion blur effect.

Linear Blend - Linear-Blur an image and blend with an original. 

Variable size - control the Linear Blur power within the frame with a  Radial Mask, or Linear Mask.
Radial
Radial Blur - create various zoom and spin motion blur effects

Radial Blend - Radial-Blur an image and blend with an original. 

Cross Blur - blurs an image in two perpendicular directions and blend the results.
